Terence is very friendly and polite. Whenever he comes in to service the machine and deliveries he always goes above and beyond than what he’s supposed to. I would highly recommend him as service rep.
Chemsyn team is very prompt on our requests either for materials ordering or assistance from technicians. Mr Terence Baya was very accommodating and patient in answering my questions even if he was busy fixing our dishwash machine. He was able to fix our machine completely and we did not encounter any trouble after that….
Tyler came by today and was incredible! He was so polite and knowledgeable and diligent! We couldn’t ask for a better service provider ! Thank you for representing a company that actually cares for its clients! We are so grateful!
