We have been using Chemsyn for almost 2 years. There customer Service reps such as Herb Basi go above and beyond to make sure your business is set up to succeed. Offering fair prices with awesome service. There techs are very knowledgeable and when they dont know they figure it out. With monthly visit you can guarantee your equipment will always run top notch!!!

We are extremely grateful for the amazing service we’ve received from Terence at Chemsyn. He is honestly one of the most reliable, dedicated, and professional people we’ve ever worked with.

Whenever we have an issue with our dishwasher or kitchen chemicals, Terence is always incredibly quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help us. One time, we had an issue over the weekend, and even though they were closed, he came out to help us. When we wanted to move our chemical rack to a better location, he came the same day and took care of it right away.

There was also a small issue underneath our dishwasher that we had tried fixing several times with glue, but it just wouldn’t hold. Terence even went out during his own time, bought a stronger adhesive, and came back to fix it for us himself.

It’s not just the service — it’s the care and dedication he puts into everything he does. He is always kind, responsive, hardworking, and genuinely wants to make sure everything is done properly.

We truly appreciate everything Terence has done for us. He is absolutely the BEST! We are very lucky to have someone like him taking care of our restaurant. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terence is very friendly and polite. Whenever he comes in to service the machine and deliveries he always goes above and beyond than what he’s supposed to. I would highly recommend him as service rep.

Chemsyn team is very prompt on our requests either for materials ordering or assistance from technicians. Mr Terence Baya was very accommodating and patient in answering my questions even if he was busy fixing our dishwash machine. He was able to fix our machine completely and we did not encounter any trouble after that….

Tyler came by today and was incredible! He was so polite and knowledgeable and diligent! We couldn’t ask for a better service provider ! Thank you for representing a company that actually cares for its clients! We are so grateful!
