This chlorinated detergent is recommended for use on foodservice equipment, such as slicers, soft-serve machines, deep fryers, etc. Combining builders and dry chlorine in a buffered formula, this product rapidly strips protein residues and other difficult soils. Free-rinsing formula allows removal of both food and product residues.
